Recycle Rush: Week Three

With many of the parts already designed in Solidworks, students have taken to the mills. Our sponsor Genesis Automation supplies us with access to many of their machines in their shop. This includes six CNC bridgeport mills, two lathes, a band saw, and a laser etcher.

Every student has one main division: mechanical, electrical, programming, or business, and develops a basic understand of the other divisions. For example, each student is taught how to operate a mill during their time on PWNAGE. Both students and mentors believe that in order to build the best robot we can, we must understand every component of it and work as a team.
