Wheaton Christian EV3 Camp
At this camp, the students received valuable experience in engineering, math, and technology as they learned hands-on how to build a robot, calculate the angles and distance it needs to go, and then program it accordingly. There were different challenges each day to learn and apply the various skills needed for robotics. The challenges were built upon solving real environmental needs. Some of the challenges were to bring a hurt pig back to its pen, return bees to their hive, and many other examples. This was simulated on a small-scale by programming the robots to pick up objects, go through a maze set on a table, and set the object in the correct location.
PWNAGE Team Members were inspiring counselors and inspired the next generation of learners!
